摘 要:以六盘水高铁高砂煤矸石为原料,采用先煅烧原矿粉,再酸溶除去铝铁后碱熔活化的方法,水淬后制得了硅酸钠溶液;又经过二次酸化,获得了硅酸,经烘干,最后得到了白炭黑产品。运用XRF,XRD,IR对所得产品进行了表征,结果表明,产品为无定形态的白炭黑,符合HG/T3061-1999标准的要求。The coal gangue with high iron and silica contents of Liupanshui was used as raw material to extract silica. At first, the raw ore was baked, then it was alkali activated after the aluminum and iron elements were removed by acid-dissolving. Then the sodium silicate solution was obtained by water quenching, after twice acidifications, the silicate was produced. Finally the silica was obtained after drying, and the product was characterized by XRF, XRD and IR. The results indicated that the silica was in an amorphous state and it met the standard of HG/T3061-1999.
