摘　　要：运用公共管理学理论分析国际不同医疗服务监管模式的特点;在剖析我国公立医院监管体制存在问题的基础上,探讨借鉴韦伯"理想行政组织"和新公共管理的相关理论与实践,以期对建立并完善我国公立医院监管体制有所裨益。Based on public management theory, characteristics of different medical service supervision models in the world are ana- lyzed. On the basis of problems on public hospital regulatory system in china, how to learn from Weber＇s ＂ideal administration organi- zation＂ as well as the new public management theory is discussed, to do some benefit for the establishment and improvement of public hospital regulatory system in China.
