摘　　要：中央财政资金投入公共卫生,收到了很好的效果。文章以贵州省利用中央财政专项资金实施预防控制地氟病工作为例,分析了2009年使用中央财政专项资金预防控制地氟病所产生的收效。并从此例中得到中央资金有效利用的启示。The central finance funds to public health received good effect. Based on the use of special funds in Guizhou central finance evaluation implementing prevention and control work as an example, results of special funds for prevention and control of the central finance generated by the local convergence are analyzed, and enlightenment of the effective use of central funds has been got.
