摘　　要：介绍了毛涤交织泡泡女衣呢的设计过程及其纺纱工艺、织造规格设计以及整理工艺要点。该产品充分利用了涤纶在高温下产生收缩的性能,将羊毛纱与涤纶纱在经、纬2个方向分别相间排列,涤纶条在后整理工艺中产生收缩,形成泡泡格子状外观;同时,采用不同捻向的羊毛纱相间配置,在经向毛纱与纬向毛纱交织的部分产生隐格纹理效应。此外,还介绍了该产品颜色及花型排列的设计要点及整经、织造、后整理等关键工序的工艺过程及工艺要点。This article introduces the design process of the wool/polyester interlacing bubbles worsted ladies cloth.It also introduces the main points of the spinning and weaving design and finishing process specifications.This produce fully uses shrinking performance of the polyester at high temperature,wool and polyester arrange interval in the direction of warp yarn and weft yarn,polyester bar shrink in the course of finishing process and form bubbles lattice.At the same time,wool yarn of different direction of twist arrange interval,and generate distant lattice effect in area of interlacing wool yarn and wool yarn.This article also introduces the technology process and main points of key process,such as color and pattern design,warping,weaving and finishing.
