摘 要:运用正交试验研究了钢渣与自燃煤矸石的复掺比例、比表面积及石膏的种类等对复合水泥性能的影响。结果表明,钢渣与自燃煤矸石的复配比例是影响其强度的关键因素,其次分别为钢渣、自燃煤矸石的比表面积,而石膏的种类对其影响最小。试验优化的配比为:钢渣和自燃煤矸石的配合比为25%∶5%,钢渣比表面积为448m2/kg,自燃煤矸石比表面积为640m2/kg,石膏为3份天然二水石膏混合2份脱硫石膏,以及配比为钢渣和自燃煤矸石的配合比为25%∶5%,钢渣比表面积为516m2/kg,自燃煤矸石比表面积为470m2/kg,石膏种类为3份天然二水石膏混合2份改性磷石膏。The effect of proportions and finenesses of steel slag and spontaneous combustion gangue,as well as the type of gypsum on the properties of cement was studied with orthogonal design experiment.The result showed that the proportion of steel slag(SS) and spontaneous combustion gangue(CG) was the key factor on the strength.The secondary factor was the fineness of SS and CG.The gypsum type was the smallest effect.Two proportion results were optimized.The one was given as: the proportion of SS and CG was 25%∶5%,the fineness of SS was 448m2/kg,the fineness of CG was 640m2/kg,and the used type of gypsum was a mixture of 3 shares of natural gypsum and 2 shares of desulfurization gypsum.And the other was given as: the proportion of SS and CG was 25%∶5%,the fineness of SS was 516m2/kg,the fineness of CG was 470m2/kg,the used type of gypsum was 3 shares of natural gypsum mixing with 2 shares of modified phosphogypusum.
