摘 要:以溶胶凝胶法制备(NiO、CuO、CeO_2)/ZrO_2-γAl_2O_3和(NiO、CuO、CeO_2)/YSZ-γ-Al_2O_3催化剂。分别考察了负载3种不同单一活性组分对载体的催化甲烷燃烧性能的影响,并以BET、XRD、H_2-TPR等测试法,对催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,经Y_2O_3改性载体的催化剂性能较佳。其中CuO/YSZ-γ-Al_2O_3催化剂活性较好,但该催化剂二次评价后因有部分活性组分与载体生成低活性的CuAl_2O_4且部分烧结;NiO/YSZ-γ-Al_2O_3稳定性较好,且改性效果明显;CeO_2/YSZ-γ-Al_2O_3催化剂活性居中,稳定性较好。测试结果表明,NiO、CeO_2为活性组分的催化剂比表面较大和抗烧结能力较强。A sol-gel method was employed to prepare M(= Ni,Ce,Cu)xOy/ZrO_2-γ-Al_2O_3 and M(= Ni,Ce,Cu)_xO_y/YSZ-γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts.The effects of M on CH_4 Catalytic combustion properties of support were investigated contrastively and characterized by XRD,BET and TPR techniques.The results showed Catalytic combustion properties of support were improved by Y_2O_3.CuO/YSZ-γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts was found to has the highest catalytic activity,but it might be sintered partly by second run of the catalytic evaluation,because some active components CuO and vector generated lower activity CuAl_2O_4.NiO/YSZ-γ-Al_2O_3 had the highest thermal stability and the performances of CeO_2/YSZ-γ-Al_2O_3 between CuO/YSZ-γ-Al_2O_3 and NiO/YSZ-γ-Al_2O_3.In the same time,BET,XRD and H_2-TPR results indicated further that MxOy/YSZ-γ-Al_2O_3 catalysts were possessed bigger surface area and better ability to resist sintering.
