摘 要:针对扬子石油化工有限公司歧化装置加热炉群烟气余热没有回收、热效率较低的问题,增设了水热媒余热回收系统,以中压锅炉给水为热载体,用2台换热器分别实现水、烟气和空气三者之间的热量交换,利用从烟气中回收的热量来预热助燃空气,以达到降低排烟温度、提高加热炉热效率的目的,改造后加热炉的热效率由原来的85.0%提高到91.4%,每年可增加经济效益571.72万元。A surplus heat recovery system with water heat medium was set to recover heat in flue gas from the furnaces of disproportionation unit in SINOPEC Yangzi Company. The water supply to the medium-pressure boilers was used as heat carrier, the heat recovered from flue gas was used to preheat the combustion air, and two heat exchangers were involved in realizing the heat exchange among flue gas,water and air,so as to reduce the temperature of exhaust flue gas and to enhance the thermal efficiency of furnaces. After revamping, the thermal efficiency of furnaces was increased from 85.0% to 91.4%0 ;an economic effect of 5. 717 2 million RMB was obtained annually.
