节水型城市评价指标的设置探讨

摘　　要：科学的评价指标体系具有描述、解释、评价、检测和预测功能。评价指标作为评价指标体系的主体部分,其选取与设定对评价指标体系的评价结果有很大影响。通过对节水型城市内涵、建设目标等因素进行分析,在现有节水评价研究与实践的基础上,采用理论分析法、频度统计法和专家咨询法设定节水型城市评价指标集,对典型指标进行说明,并提出对于节水型城市评价的几点思考。Scientific evaluation index system has functions of description,interpretation,evaluation,detection and prediction.As a major part of evaluation index system,the evaluation＇s selection and configuration have important influence on valuation result of the system.Through the ana-lysis of the factors of connotation of water-saving city,construction goal,and so on,the theoretical analysis method,frequency statistics method,and specialist consultation method were employed to determine the water-saving city evaluation indexes set,described the typical index,and demonstrated some ideas about the water-saving city evaluation.
