摘  要:Silicalite-1经3-氨丙基-三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)改性后,通过共混制备silicalite-1/聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)杂化膜,用于二甲苯异构体的渗透汽化分离。膜的SEM分析表明,改性后silicalite-1与PAAS之间的相容性有较大改善。溶胀和渗透汽化实验发现:(1)对、邻二甲苯在杂化膜中的平衡溶胀量随silicalite-1含量的增加而增大,但对二甲苯增大的程度更明显;而silicalite-1是否改性,对对、邻二甲苯在杂化膜中的平衡溶胀量影响不大。(2)对、邻二甲苯在杂化膜中的扩散系数随silicalite-1含量的增加显现先减小后增大的趋势,杂化膜的扩散选择性较PAAS膜增大;但改性silicalite-1/PAAS杂化膜增大的幅度较未改性silicalite-1/PAAS杂化膜更大。(3)杂化膜的分离因子较PAAS膜明显提高,渗透通量有所下降;但改性silicalite-1/PAAS杂化膜分离因子增大的幅度较未改性silicalite-1/PAAS杂化膜更大;当改性silicalite-1的质量分数为6%时,杂化膜的分离因子达到2.6左右。Silicalite-1 zeolite was modified by 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane (APTES) and then loaded into polyacrylic acid sodium (PAAS) to prepare silicalite-1/PAAS hybrid membrane for pervaporation of xylene isomer mixtures. The structure of the membrane was characterized by SEM, and the results showed that the modification ofsilicalite-1 promoted the compatibility of silicalite-1 andPAAS, and also the cavities between silicalite-1 and PAAS were eliminated. An investigation was done on the effects of the original and modified zeolite loading in hybrid membranes on the pervaporation performance and the results were as follws: (1) The degree of equilibrium swelling of the hybrid membranes for p-xylene and o-xylene increased with increase of silicalite-1 loading, while it increased more obviously for p-xylene with the increase of silicalite-1 loading; (2) The diffusion coefficient of the hybrid membrane for p-xylene and o-xylene decreased firstly, then increased when the silicalite-1 loading exceeded 6%. And compared to PAAS membranes, the selective diffusion coefficient of the hybrid membrane climbed greatly; while compared to original silicalite-1/PAAS hybrid membrane, it increased more for the modified silicalite-1/PAAS hybrid membrane. (3) The hybrid membrane's separation factor elevated apparently but the flux slightly decreased; the selectivity of the hybrid membrane was clearly improved compared to the original silicalite-1/PAAS hybrid membrane; when the content of the modified silicalite-1 was 10%, the maximum separation factor 2.6 was obtaied.
