摘 要:以某印染厂经二级生化+BAF+微絮凝处理后的排放水为研究对象,在中试规模上对纳滤(NF)膜在有无超滤(UF)预处理下进行对比试验,考察UF、NF去除污染物的情况。结果表明,UF可以提高NF膜通量和出水水质,延长NF膜的使用寿命。UF对浊度、SDI和COD的去除率分别为96%、68%和5%,出水浊度≤1 NTU、SDI≤3,提高了NF膜的进水水质,对NF膜具有良好的保护作用,纳滤处理后的出水满足或优于回用水水质标准。The contrast experiments of ultrafiltration as a pretreatment of nanofiltration or not was conducted from the printing and dyeing wastewater treated by secondary biodegration+BAF+microfloculation on a pilot scale. The pollutant removals of ultrafiltration and nanofiltration were investigated. The results showed that the flux and water quality of nanofiltration can be enhanced with the use ofultrafiltration, and the operational time ofnanofiltration also lengthened. The removal of turbility, SDI and COD of ultrafiltration were 85%, 68% and 5% respectively, the permeate of ultrafiltration enhanced the feed water quality of nanofiltration when NTU ≤ 1, SDI≤ 3. And the use of ultrafiltration had a good protection for the treatment with nanofiltration.
