摘 要:采用纳滤(NF)-反渗透(RO)组合工艺浓缩回收电镀含锌废水,研究了运行压力、进水含量、pH、水温对膜分离效果的影响。结果表明,NF-RO1812膜对Zn2+具有良好的截留效果,产水电导率在25μS.cm-1以下,产水Zn2+的质量浓度均低于0.7 mg·L-1,累计回收率高达85.6%,可直接回用于镀件的清洗;浓缩液经RO二级浓缩后,Zn2+的质量浓度由454.8 mg·L-1浓缩至1 500 mg·L-1,可用于电镀槽液的配制。An NF+RO compound system was used to concentrate and recover the zinc electroplating rinsing wastewater. The effects of the operating pressure, influent concentration, pH and water temperature on the performance of membrane separation were investigatedl The experimental results showed that NF-RO 1812 membrane on the rejection of Zn^2+ ion had a good effect. Until the conductivity of produced water over 25 μS·cm^-1, its Zn^2+ concentrations were less than 0.7 mg·L^-1 with water recovery up to 85.6%. The produced water can be reused for cleaning plated items. After being concentrated by reverse osmosis twice, concentrated solution could be used for the preparation of electroplating solution, as the Zn2+ concentration was enriched from 454.8 mg·L^-1 to 1 500 mg·L^-1 .
