摘 要:采用上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器,以高核苷酸类含量废水为处理对象,研究了中温条件下反应器的启动、颗粒污泥的特性和废水处理的效果。结果表明,采用消化污泥接种进行培养,逐步提高废水进水COD,运行109 d后,UASB反应器正常启动;当进水COD达到11.2 g.L-1左右,COD容积负荷3.22 kg.m-3.d-1,COD去除率为80%以上;反应器启动完成后,粒径>0.3 mm的颗粒污泥比例增加到13.61%,平均沉降速率为22.04~26.73 m.h-1;反应器稳定运行后,每克COD产气量达到392 mL。反应器能高效稳定运行。The start-up, the characteristics of granular sludge and the treatment effect of an up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactor under midtemperature were studied. The Nucleotide wastewater with high concentration was used as treating object. Experiment results showed that it spent 109 d to start up UASB by gradually increasing the concentration of the influent Nucleotide wastewater, and the seed sludge was the mixture of the flocculated sludge and the digestion sludge. The removal rate of COD could reach above 80 % when the value of influent COD concentration was around 11.2 g·L^-1 and the organic loading was 3.22 kg·m^-3·d^-1. After the start-up, the percent of the granular sludge lager than 0.3 mm was increased to 13.61% and the average settling velocity was in the range of 22,04-26.73 m · h^-1. Compared with the early granular sludge, methane production of mature granular sludge was improved to 392 mL·g^-1 (COD). As a result, the UASB reactor can be operated well.
