摘 要:从电力网络2节点等值模型及电压不稳定指标出发研究防止电压失稳的切负荷控制方案。利用节点等值模型计算电压不稳定指标对负荷的灵敏度;综合考虑负荷节点控制能力及有效性来选择切负荷地点;并以保持电压稳定裕度为目标来计算切负荷量;最后基于此构建了集中式优化切负荷控制系统方案,与电压不稳定监视功能相配合,制定合理的控制措施,防止电压失稳。基于典型系统的仿真结果表明该方案能有效地阻止系统电压持续恶化,维持系统电压稳定裕度及电压水平。所提算法简单,有很好的适应性。Based on the two-node equivalent model of power network and voltage instability index, the control scheme for load shedding, which takes the prevention of voltage instability into account, is researched. The equivalent load model is used to calculate the sensibility of voltage instability index to load; the position to shed the load is chosen by comprehensively considering the control ability and effectiveness of load node; taking the voltage stability margin as objective, the amount of the load to be shed is calculated; finally, on this basis a scheme for centralized load shedding control system is constructed, and cooperating with the monitoring of voltage instability reasonable control measures are drawn up to prevent voltage instability. Simulation results of typical power system show that the proposed scheme can effectively head off the voltage deterioration of power system, keep voltage stability margin and voltage level of power system. The algorithm of the proposed load shedding control algorithm is simple and adaptable.
