摘  要:针对修武化肥厂循环水系统因结垢导致传热效果降低的现象,选择先剥离黏泥,再采用废酸性冰母液在线清洗的方案对其进行综合处理,经分析清洗下来的钙垢量折合成CaCO3垢量为4764kg,清洗下来的铁锈垢量折合成Fe2O3垢量为75kg,除垢率达到95%以上,洗净率达到90%以上,符合国家要求。清洗过程中监测到碳钢挂片腐蚀速率为1.4929g/(m2.h),远低于行业标准的6g/(m2.h),确保了装置的安全运行。Aim ing at the phenomenon that the heat-transfer effect gets lower due to the scaling in the circulating water system in Xiuwu Fertilizer Plant,the sticky sludge must be stripped first,and then,acidic fluoride-containing wastewater from cryolite has been used for on-line cleaning,so as to carry on the integrated treatment process.The results show that the calcium cleaned down can be converted to 4 764 kg of CaCO3 scale and the rust scale cleaned down can be converted to 75 g of Fe2O3 scale.The scale removing rate reaches 95% or over and cleaning rate reaches 90% or over.They meet the requirements of national standard.The corrosion rate of carbon steel hanging plate monitored in the process of cleaning is 1.492 9 g/(m2·h),much lower than the trade standard 6 g/(m2·h).Safe operation has thus been assured.
