内管注水泥工具的研制与应用

摘　　要：采用可自动灌浆的内管注水泥工具进行表层套管固井，可减少９０％ 的替浆量和替浆时间；降低了泥浆对水泥浆的污染程度；保证了水泥浆返出地面，有利于提高固井质量。通过１０ 余井次的现场应用，取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。It can reduce 90% of the volume and time of displacement and reduce the pollution of the cement slurry by using the inner string cementer with automatic fillup system.It can ensure the slurry returning to surface,thus improve the cementing quality.The inner string cementer has been applied over 10 times,and good social and economical benefits have been obtained.
