摘 要:选用固硫灰渣深度处理经生化处理后焦化废水,采用分光光度计法评价焦化废水的处理效果,采用XRD、XRF、SEM和IR等分析材料的成分、结构和微观形貌等。结果表明,固硫灰渣用量60 g/L、吸附时间15 min,焦化废水的脱色率可达94.22%,COD从原水的76.01 mg/L降低到处理后的5.76 mg/L,NH4+-N从1.09 mg/L降低到处理后的0.62 mg/L,色度从320倍降低到小于5倍,均大大低于国家一级排放标准要求的含量。处理后固硫灰渣经300℃焙烧活化后循环处理焦化废水,表明经循环利用6次后仍表现出很好的处理效果。Fluidized bed combustion(FBC) ashes were used to advanced treat the biochemistry pretreated coking wastewater.UV-Visible spectrophotometer was used to estimate the removal efficiency of contamination from the coking wastewater.The component,structure and morphology of the material were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results show that when the dosage of sorbent is 60 g/L and absorption time is 15 min,the decoloration rate of coking wastewater reaches to 94.22%,COD,NH+4-N and chroma of the wastewater decline from 76.01 mg/L,1.09 mg/L and 320 times to 5.76 mg/L,0.62 mg/L and less than 5 times,respectively.After absorption,the sorbent was activated calcined and recycled to deal with the coking wastewater.The results show that the decoloration effect of sorbent is well after six recycle times.
