摘　　要：兰州炼油化工总厂用ＤＣＳ集散控制系统对高档船用润滑油分散剂──硫化烷基酸钙添加剂进行质量控制，该系统下挂一套ＰＬＣ可编程序控制器，用于反应器温度控制的模块有远程ＰＩＤ控制模块、远程操作控制模块、远程状态控制模块等，其温度控制的好坏直接影响产品的反应质量。硫化烷基酸钙添加剂装置在ＤＣＳ和ＰＬＣ的严密监控之下，保证产品质量稳定，达到质量控制指标。The quality of the lubricated oil dispersant used in top grade ship-sulfurized alkyl phonate addivive was controlled by adoping DCS in LanzhouRefinery. The DCS included a set of PLC. and the remote PID control module. theremote operated control module and the remote situation control module etc. used inthe module of the reactor temperature control. That the temperature control propertyof the reactor was either good or bad would impact the reaction quality of the products.The sulfurized alkyl phonate of agent unit could guarantee the stable quality ofproducts and reach the control indexes of quality under the tight monitoring of DCSand PLC.
