摘 要:分布式电源(Distributed Generation,DG)发展很迅速,对配电网络的各个方面产生不可忽视的影响。为充分发挥分布式电源对配电网优化的有利作用,提出了粒子群优化(Particle Swarm Optimization,PSO)和变邻域搜索(VariableNeighborhood Search,VNS)二者的混合算法。根据含有分布式电源配电网络的特点,分布式电源视为可调度的模型,以配电网网损最小为主要目标函数。将二进制粒子群优化算法(Binary Particle Swarm Optimization,BPSO)和变邻域搜索算法相结合,对网络开关开合状态和分布式电源输出功率同时优化,达到降低配电网网损的目的。通过算例IEEE69节点系统的仿真表明,该算法能够快速收敛到全局最优解,适合优化含有分布式电源的配电网。Distributed generation(DG)have been developing rapidly,and its impact on all aspects of distribution network can not be ignored.In order to play the favorable role of distributed generation in distribution network optimization,this paper proposes the hybrid algorithm of particle swarm optimization(PSO)and variable neighborhood search(VNS).According to the characteristics of distribution network with distributed generation,distributed generation is treated as a dispatchable model,taking the minimum of distribution network loss as the main objective function.Combining binary particle swarm optimization(BPSO)with variable neighborhood search(VNS),both network switching state and distributed generation output power are optimized to achieve the purpose of minimizing distribution network loss.The simulation of IEEE69 bus system shows that the algorithm can quickly converge to the global optimum and is fitted for optimizing distribution network with distributed generation.
