摘 要:根据对雾化气流流动的理论分析及环孔雾化喷嘴设计参数的研究,提出了环孔雾化喷嘴设计参数的定性解析和定量描述;导出了在环孔雾化喷嘴出口处雾化气体流速及质量流量取得极大值时,雾化喷嘴气流出口截面积与空腔截面积及雾化压力的解析表达式;建立了雾化气体流速与环孔雾化喷嘴节圆直径、环孔直径及喷射顶角的函数关系式;探讨了保障环孔雾化喷嘴同心度的方法。Design parameters of the atomizing nozzle with ring holes is qualitatively explained and quantitatively described based on the theory of atomizing jet flow. The mathematical expression of the atomization pressure required for maximum jet velocity has been presented, and the relationship of the exit area and the atomizing chamber area required for producing maximum exit jet velocity and maximum gas mass flow rate have been established. The influ- ence of jet apex angle, jet distance, pitch circld diameters and the exit hole diameters on jet velocity have been analysed. The mathematical expression and design requirements of jet for producting maximum velocity have been established. The method of ensuring concentricity of the atomizing nozzle with ring holes is discussed.
