摘　　要：领导是领导科学中的核心概念,对于该学科的发展具有重要意义。国内外学者对于领导科学的研究始于20世纪初,针对领导已提出了多种类型的定义,纷繁复杂,比较混乱,各位学者研究视角的不同以及所处时代主流领导理论的影响是造成这一现象的主要原因。通过综述领导定义的演化进程,基于权力、情感、组织、主体行为导向、伦理道德五种不同视角对领导定义进行分析与评价,并展望其进一步演化方向,目的并非拘泥于给出"大而全"的领导定义,而是在于构建一个能较全面反映领导内涵的框架体系,为人们从多角度理解领导这一重要概念提供思维路径,从而推动领导科学的发展。Leadership is a core concept and has an important significance for the development of leadership science,the research of which roots from the early 20th century.Many types of definition of leadership are brought forward by scholars both at home and abroad,and they are complicated and confused,because of different perspectives of every researcher and the influence of central leadership theories at that times.Through summarizing the evolvement process of definition of leadership,the paper appraises these definitions from five perspectives： power,sensibility,organization,subject behavior orientation and ethic,and prospects a deeper evolving direction.The aim is to construct a more comprehensive framework to reflect the connotation of leadership,provids not to a ＂broad and intact＂definition for leadership.The framework can provide ideas to comprehend the concept of leadership from valuable aspects,consequently promote the development of leadership science.
