抗纤益心方对扩张型心肌病大鼠心肌基质金属蛋白酶-3及其抑制剂-3表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察抗纤益心方对扩张型心肌病大鼠心肌基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)及其抑制剂-3(TIMP-3)表达的影响。方法:喂饲呋喃唑酮8周建立扩张型心肌病动物模型,随机分组后药物干预8周,检测心肌MMP-3及TIMP-3的表达。结果:与模型组比较,中药大剂量组、中药小剂量组、卡托普利组和中西药联用组均能明显下调MMP-3表达(P<0.05),上调TIMP-3蛋白表达(P<0.05)。结论:抗纤益心方能够减轻扩张型心肌病大鼠心肌组织纤维化,其机制与下调MMP-3表达并上调TIMP-3表达有关。Objective：To observe the effect of Kangxianyixin Formula on the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-3（MMP-3） and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-3（TIMP-3） with dilated cardiomyopathy rats.Methods：Wistar rats with Dilated Cardiomyopathy established by furazolidone were raised for 8 weekst,hen were randomly divided into groups,each group with drugs for 8 weeks,detection of myocardial MMP-3 and TIMP-3 expression.Results：Compared with model group：high dosage of Kangxianyixin Formula group,low dosage of Kangxianyixin Formula group,Captopril group,Captopril and high dosage of Kangxianyixin Formula group were significantly reduced MMP-3 expression（P0.05）,and at the same time increased the expression of TIMP-3（P0.05）.Conclusion：Kangxianyixin Formula can reduce the dilated myocardial fibrosis and its mechanism is associated with reduced expression of MMP-3,and increased TIMP-3 expression.
