半溶胶状降温冰袋的研制与临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的自制半溶胶状降温冰袋，并观察其临床应用效果。方法观察清水冰袋与半溶胶状冰袋在同等室温条件下的形状及温度变化，并将200例患者随机分为实验组与对照组，比较两种冰袋的降温效果及两组患者的满意度。结果实验组冰袋的降温效果及患者满意度明显高于对照组冰袋，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论自制半溶胶状降温冰袋的降温效果好；形态松软，患者感觉柔软舒适；制作简单；取材方便，成本低。Objective Self-made semi-sol ice pack, to explore the clinical effect. Methods Shape and temperature change of water ice pack and semi-sol ice pack were observed in the same room temperature. 200 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Cooling effect of ice packs and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Cooling effect of iec packs and patient satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Self-made semi-sol ice pack has the advantages of fine cooling effect, soft shape, easy production, convenient accessibility and low cost.
