摘　　要：目的 描述北京地区35家医院产科母婴同室病房的护理工作现状.方法 采用方便抽样的方法,选择北京地区35家医院产科母婴同室病房,使用自制问卷对研究对象进行母婴同室病房护理工作现状的调查,对调查结果进行统计学分析.结果 产科母婴同室护理工作内容共有107项,其中有44项在所调查的35家医院（100%）均是由护士来做的;有88项在所调查的35家医院中超过一半以上的医院（超过50%）均是由护士来做的;有67项在所调查的35家医院中不少于32家医院（90%以上）均是由护士来做的.结论 北京地区35家医院产科母婴同室护理工作内容繁多,护士工作量大,人力资源配置相对不足.Objective To describe current nursing action in the ward of direct rooming-in in obstetrical department in 35 Beijing hospitals. Methods Convenience sampling was applied to survey the ward of direct rooming-in in obstetrical department in 35 Beijing hospitals with self-designed questionnaire, and statistics analysis was conduced on the results. Results There are altogether 107 items of nursing action in the ward of direct rooming-in in obstetrical department, among them, 44 items were all done by the nurses in 35 Beijing hospitals, 67 items were done by the nurses in more than 90% Beijing hospitals. Conclusions The number of nursing action was too much and human resources allocation was relatively inadequate in the ward of direct rooming-in in obstetrical department in 35 Beijing hospitals.
