摘　　要：目的 探讨循证护理模式在经蝶垂体瘤术后发生低钠血症患者的应用效果.方法 对33例经蝶垂体瘤术后发生低钠血症患者应用循证护理模式,即确定需要循证的护理问题,检索相关文献,对相关文献进行分析、探讨,制订最佳护理方案,提高经蝶垂体瘤术后低钠血症患者的救治率和护理质量.结果 33例经蝶垂体瘤术后发生低钠血症患者全部痊愈出院.结论 循证护理为经蝶垂体瘤术后发生低钠血症患者临床护理实践的决策提供了可靠的科学依据,提高了护理质量.Objective To explore application effect of evidence-based nursing in operation of hyponatremia after transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary adenomas. Methods 33 patients with hyponatremia after transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary adenomas received evidence-based nursing, that is, to determinate nursing problems needed to prove,retrieve and analyze related articles, make the best nursing mode. Results Hyponatremia resolved after treatments in all 33 patients. Conclusions Evidence-based nursing can provide reliable scientific evidence and improve nursing quality for patients of hyponatremia after transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary adenomas.
