全程护理干预对无痛人流麻醉效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨全程护理干预对无痛人流术患者麻醉效果的影响。方法选择自愿接受无痛人流的患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组实施研究全过程陪同护理干预，包括心理干预和术前、术中、术后护理干预，对照组采用常规基础护理和健康教育，比较两组患者SAS评分、麻药总用量、麻醉效果及并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者SAS评分测评分值显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=7.98，P〈0．01）；麻醉药总用药量也显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=5．43，P〈0．01）；麻醉效果的评优率则显著高于对照组，并发症的发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（Х^2=93，10．96，P〈0．01）。结论围术期实施全程护理干预，可有效提高无痛人流术患者麻醉效果，降低手术并发症的发生率。Objective To explore the anaesthetic effect of entire nursing interventions on patients with painless artificial abortion. Methods 80 patients scheduled for painless artificial abortion were randomly allocated into two groups： the experimental group （n = 40 ） and the control group （n = 40 ）. The experimental group was applied with entire nursing interventions, including psychological intervention, nursing interventions before, during and after the surgery. And the control group was applied with regular basic nursing and health education. SAS grade, anesthetic dosage, anesthetic effect, and the incidence rate of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS grade in the experimental group is significantly lower than the control group （ t = 7.98, P 〈 0. 01 ） , the anesthetic dosage in the experimental group is significantly lower than the control group （t = 15. 43, P 〈 0. 01 ）, the excellence rate of anesthetic effect in the experimental group is significantly higher than the control group （ ^Х2 = 9.93, P 〈 0. 01 ） , the incidence rate of complications in the experimental group is significantly lower than the control group （ Х^2 = 10.96, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The entire nursing interventions on patients with painless artificial abortion during perioperative period have more excellent anesthetic effect and could reduce adverse effects.
