一种能改善注水井剖面的封堵剂研究和应用

摘　　要：针对濮城油田广泛应用的膨润土—水泥浆调剖剂有效期短，调剖频繁等弱点，研制了一种能提高调剖有效期长、成功率高，成本适中的有机—无机复合材料型封堵剂（ Ｗ—Ⅱ）。室内采用动态模拟法对其性能进行了研究，表明该封堵剂有利于封堵大孔道。通过２９ 井次的现场试验，调剖有效率达９６－６％ ，使用后调剖有效期提高到原来的２－５ 倍，具有一定的推广使用价值。The bentonite-cement slurry profile control agent used broadly in Pucheng Oilfield has short valid period and demands frequent profile control.For this reason,a kind of plugging agent which can improve the valid period of profile control,has high success ratio and appropriate cost is developed.It′s a kind of organic-inorganic complex material.Its performance is studied using dynamic simulation method in laboratory,it shows WT-Ⅱ is of benifit to plugging big hole.29 field tests are finished already.It shows the success ratio of profile control is 96 6%,the valid period of profile control is 1 5 times longer,it has popularization value.
