金安桥水电站缆机设备选型研究

摘　　要：分析对比了缆机的结构形式、设备参数,并研究了各种影响缆机造价和安全运行的因素,最终金安桥水电站大坝施工安装了两台跨度797 m、吊重300 kN、起吊高度250 m、采用5对自行式承码的平移式缆机。金安桥水电站缆机经过5年多的运行,全部完成了施工吊运任务,但缆机设计制造尚有待改进。Two parallel-traveling cable cranes with a span of 797 m, hoisting capacity of 300 kN, lifting height of 250 m and five pairs of self-propelled rope carriers are selected for the dam construction of Jin＇anqiao Hydropower Station after comparing the structure, parameters, cost and safety operation of different cable crane. The five-year operation shows that the cable crane meets the requirements of construction, but the design and manufacture of crane need to be improved.
