摘  要:长滩河梯级规划研究了两级、三级和四级开发方案。通过地形地质条件、水库淹没及移民、环境影响、水资源利用程度、工程投资及动能经济指标等的综合分析确定了上游盖下坝水电站总装机容量132 MW和下游装机容量为12.4 MW的范家坪水电站、利用水头为203 m的两级开发方案为开发规划的推荐方案,一期工程水库调节库容为1.81亿m3、具有年调节性能的盖下坝电站已经开工建设。After considering the topographic and geological conditions, inundation and resettlement, environmental impact, water resources utilization, investment and economic indicators, the two-cascade development program is proposed for Changtan River, in which, the Gaixiaba Hydropower Station with a installed capacity of 132 MW and the Fanjiaping Hydropower Station with a installed capacity of 12.4 MW are selected as the first and second cascade development, and the total head is 203 m. The Gaixiaba Reservoir with regulating capacity of 181 million m^3 has been under construction. Key Words: cascade development; scheme; hydropower resource development planning; Changtan River
