摘 要:为预测大型基坑项目在开挖与支护过程中风险发生的可能性及危害程度,笔者从工程投资角度开展基坑项目风险评估与投资安全的经济分析,研究并初步提出了相关分析方法。该方法有助于清楚地分析和了解基坑未来开挖与支护过程中可能造成事故的各因素之间的关系、各因素造成事故风险的作用机制,以及它们影响基坑发生事故风险的程度。以此制定有效防范措施,从而避免基坑事故的发生,确保工程投资风险降至最低水平,提高投资的工程效益。In order to predict the possibility and hazardous level of the risk from the excavation and supporting of large-scale foundation pit, the economic analyses on both the risk assessments and the investment security are made from the aspect of the investment of the project. The method is helpful to clearly analyze and find out the relationships among all the factors those can cause aceidents during the excavation and supporting of the foundation pit in the days to come; the mechanism of aeeident risk caused by the relevant factors; and the risk level of foundation aecidents affected by them. With the method studied herein, the effective preventive measures can be made, and then the accidents from the eonstruetion of the foundation can also be avoided, so as to ensure the investment risk to be lowered to the minimum level for enhancing the investment efficiency of project concerned.
