摘　　要：针对引黄涵闸螺杆式启闭机机壳易断裂地角螺栓易松动、螺杆丝杠易变形、闸门启闭速度不匀、诱导闸门间歇式振动等问题,通过观察、分析和研究,提供了螺杆丝杠清污除锈安全保护、启闭机维修养护、安全操作技术培训与规范操作管理制度等技术措施,旨在确保启闭机的正常运行。In accordance with the problems from the screw gate hoist of Yellow River diversion sluice gate, such as easily breaking of the hoist case with loose of foundation bolt, easy deformation of screw, uneven hoisting speed, induced intermittent vibration of gate, etc. , the technical countermeasures, i.e. safety protection with cleaning and de-rusting of screw, maintenance and repair of hoist, safety operation training and standardized operation and management system are put forward through the relevant observation, analysis and study, so as to ensure the normal operation of the hoist.
