乌头类双酯型生物碱组分转化为单酯水解型及脂型生物碱组分的研究

摘　　要：以乌头类双酯型生物碱组分为反应材料,通过选择不同的溶剂体系,建立了可将乌头类双酯型生物碱组分专一地转化为单酯水解型和脂型生物碱组分的方法,其转化率在90%以上.应用电喷雾多级串联质谱方法监测反应进程并对反应产物进行了鉴定,同时考察了反应中生成的副产物.Taking diester-diterpenoid aconitum alkaloids components as reactant,methods of specific conversion of diester-diterpenoid aconitum alkaloids components into hydrolysis monoester-diterpenoid alkaloids components and lipo-alkaloids components were established using different reagent system;conversion percentages were no less than 90%.Electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry was used to monitor conversion degree and identify conversion products as well as to detect by-products of the reactions.
