摘 要:合成了含有识别基团苯硼酸和喹啉发色团的新型双亲化合物N-硼苄基-8-16烷基溴化喹啉[N-(Boronobenzyl)-8-hexadecyloxyquinolinium bromide,BHQB].该化合物在甲醇/水溶剂中自组织成囊泡,囊泡的相变温度为52.4℃.研究了BHQB囊泡的荧光性质,结果表明,当向囊泡体系中加入糖时,喹啉荧光谱中425 nm处的峰逐渐增强,而508 nm处的峰急剧减弱,且葡萄糖的变化趋势大于果糖.实验结果表明,BHQB囊泡有望作为可植入和连续检测血糖浓度的荧光囊泡传感器而应用于临床.A novel amphiphile containing two functional groups of both quinolinium and boronic acid,N-(boronobenzyl)-8-hexadecyloxyquinolinium bromide(BHQB),was synthesized.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) indicated the formation of bilayer vesicles in the methanol/water solution(φ=0.5).Differential scanning calorimrtry(DSC) established the presence of crystal-to-liquid crystal transition at 52.4 ℃.The vesicular fluorescence properties upon binding with carbohydrates were studied in ethanol/water buffer at pH=7.4.When saccharides were added to the vesicular solution,the fluorescent intensities of quinoliniun in BHQB vesicles centered at 425 nm increased gradually and 508 nm decreased dramatically with increasing concentration of saccharides.The change tendency of fluorescent intensities of the BHQB vesicles with concentration of saccharides followed in the order of glucosefructose.The pH profiles of the fluorescence intensity were studied in the absence and in the presence of sugars.These results suggest that the BHQB vesicles may be developed as a continuous monitoring and implantable fluorescence vesicular sensor,which may be applied in the practical field.
