摘 要:介绍了一种准确度和分辨力优于1 m s的高准确度、高分辨力瞬时日差信号标准装置。该装置在研制过程中巧妙地运用了倍频、分频技术,在1 Hz^5 MHz范围内突破了现有技术信号源1 Hz频点分辨力仅为1μHz的技术瓶颈,使装置发生的瞬时日差信号的频率准确度和分辨力可以达到1E-11。同时还研制了4种独立的信号换能器,将信号源的频率信号转换成各种不同能量形式的信号,如声音能量信号、磁场能量信号、电场能量信号和电流能量信号等,适用于检定/校准各类电子式和机械式多功能瞬时日差测量仪表。A high-precision,high-resolution instantaneous daily rate signal standard equipment is presented in this article and its accuracy and resolution is better than 1 ms.Frequency multiplication and frequency division techniques are skillfully applied in the equipment.The resolution bottleneck that the frequency resolution in the frequency range from 1 Hz to 5 MHz especially at 1 Hz dot frequency for existing technology is only 1 μHz has been broken through.Using these techniques,the frequency accuracy and resolution of the equipment can easily reach to 1E-11.At the same time,four separate energy converters have been developed.The frequency signal that comes from the signal generator is changed into various forms of energy signals with these energy converters,such as audio energy signal,magnetic field energy signal,electric field energy signal and electric current energy signal.The equipment is suitable for testing and calibrating various digital and mechanical multifunctional instantaneous daily rate measurement instruments.
