国内外标准文献开放获取资源的分析

摘　　要：文章对60个国家和地区(含国际组织)的1241个机构6大类组织机构类型的961个网站进行了全面、系统地调研、梳理、翻译、编辑、整理和统计,下载了可开放获取的标准信息资源10869份电子文件,文件格式包含pdf文件、html格式网页、txt文本及zip格式压缩文件;信息资源类型涉及报告、认证、标准规范类(含手册、指南,草案和征求意见稿)、法律法规、目录、专著及期刊,共计7大类资源;并介绍了标准制定组织的OA状态和趋势。961 web portals of 1241 organizations from 60 countries standardization organizations and 51 international SDOs were investigated, translated, edited, arranged and statistics by the authors. 10869 copies of OA resource including pdf,html, txt and zip format documents had been downloaded. The type of OA resource contains： report, certification, standards and specifications （ including handbooks, guides, drafts, and exposure draft）, laws and regulations, catalog, books,journals, totally seven types. OA status and trend of these SDOs were also grasped in this article.
