摘　　要：各类食品安全事件的频频发生,让各界对食品质量安全市场准入制度的合理性产生了质疑。因此,探究该制度的合理性,并由此找到该制度科学发展的思路是需要解决的问题。文章从食品生产企业成本收益的角度对深圳市的食品企业进行了问卷调查,对调研结果进行了统计分析,并归纳了该制度实施的特征、成效和问题,并基于此提出了相应的对策建议。With the frequent occurrence of the food-safety events, the rationality of the food quality safety market access＇institution is questioned by the social public .Thus, finding the optimum developing path of the institution by exploring its rationality is very important. Based on the questionnaire survey of Shenzhen food enterprises from the perspective of their cost-benefit, this essay concludes the characteristics, achievement and problems of the institution, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
