摘  要:目的:建立测定常山胡柚中铁、锰、铜、锌等6中微量元素的方法。方法:采用浓硝酸、过氧化氢(体积比3∶1)混合液对样品进行消解,火焰原子吸收法测定锌、镉、铁、锰、铅、铜的含量。结果:用6种元素的标准溶液制作了各自的标准曲线,所得线性回归方程的相关系数在0.9991-0.9999之间。在常山胡柚样品的基础上,加入一定量6种元素的标准溶液作回收率试验,得回收率在98.3%-101%之间。结论:本法用微波融样,原子光谱法同时测定常山胡柚中多种微量元素,具有快速、简便、节省试剂、消解完全、污染少等特点,结果令人满意。Objective:To establish a new method for determinction Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn etc 6 elements in microamounts in Citrus changshan-huyou.Methods: The sample was digested with a mixture of cronc.HNO3,H2O2 in the ratio of 3 to 1 by volume.Microamounts of Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd and in Changshan Huyou were determined by FAAS.Results: Standard curves of the 6 elements were prepared by using the respective standard solutions,and linear regression equtions with correlation coefficients from 0.9991 to 0.9999,were obtained.Test for recovery was made by standard addition method,and the values of recovery found were in the range of 98.3%-101%.Conclusion: This method to determine the mutiple elements in the citrus changshan-huyou by microwave-assisted digestion atomic spectromety have satisfied accuracy and precision rapid and less pollution and the result is very satisfy.
