摘 要:目的:为开展职业病体检、人群本底水平调查等大批量尿样中汞的检测提供简单、省时、可靠的检验方法。方法:采用原子荧光法对经过水浴消解的尿样进行汞含量的检测。结果:本法最低检出限0.0016μg/L,测定范围在0~100μg/L有良好的线性关系,r=0.9994;精密度试验2份不同尿样的RSD分别为2.31%和1.12%。回收率试验2份尿样分别加入低、高两种不同浓度的标准其回收率分别为97.0%、98.2%、98.6%、98.9%。结论:水浴消解-原子荧光光谱法是快速、简便、可靠的测定尿汞的检测方法。Objective:To offer a simple and time-saving and reliable analysis method for investigation of the mercury in the urine in order to investigate occupational diseases and baseline level in healthy population.Methods: Applying digestion in the water bath coupled with atom fluorescence spectrometry to determine the mercury in the urine.Results: The detective limits 0.0016 μ g/L,good linearity in the range from 0 μg/L to 100 μg/L,r=0.9994;the RSD(%) of two urine samples : 2.31%,1.12%,the recovery rate(%):97.0%,98.2%,98.6%,98.9%.Conclusion: The method is considered to be a quick,simple and reliable for measuring large amount of samples.
