SPF级布氏田鼠的繁殖及生长发育性能测定

摘　　要：目的:在屏障环境下,对本所饲养的SPF级布氏田鼠繁殖及生长发育性能进行测定。方法:在采用药物净化等方法同时初步尝试进行剖腹产净化,确定了在屏障环境中针对该动物的净化方法。从SPF级繁殖鼠中抽取20对,以雌雄1∶1长期同居,统计繁殖性能参数,随机选取雌雄各20只3周龄SPF级布氏田鼠进行生长发育性能测定,每周测定一次,到20周龄为止。结果:剖腹产手术成功。SPF级布氏田鼠的平均窝产子数为6.37只,平均离乳率为96.86%,平均胎间间隔为23.7 d。离乳后的布氏田鼠的体重和体长有一个快速增长期,9周龄后增长速度开始放慢。结论:本研究建立了SPF级布氏田鼠繁殖和生长发育性能的基本指标。Objective：To evaluate the reproduction and growth of closed colony of specific pathogen-free Brandt′s vole in Institute of Laboratory Animal Science.Methods： The procedure of purification by drug and caesarean section for Brandt′s vole in the barrier were determined.20 pairs of mature Brandt′s vole（male：female=1∶1） were chosen and monogamously mated.The reproductive performance of each pairs was analyzed.The growth of the Brandt′s vole was evaluated by measuring the litter weight and body length of Brandt′s vole from 3 weeks old every week,until to 20 week old.Results： Caesarean operation is successful.It was found that the average litter size of Brandt′s vole was 6.37;the average weaning rate was 96.86%;the average birth interval was 23.7 days.Our data indicated that there was a quicker growing period in development of Brandt′s vole after weaning,the rate of Brandt′s voles′body growth began to slow down after the Brandt′s voles were 9 week old.Conclusion： This research established the main indexes of reproduction and growth of closed colony of specific pathogen-free Brandt′s vole.
