慢性丙型肝炎患者血清HCV-RNA载量和肝组织病变关系研究

摘　　要：目的:研究慢性丙型肝炎患者血清HCV-RNA定量与肝组织炎症活动度及纤维化程度的关系。方法:选取慢性丙型肝炎患者52例,行经皮肝穿刺肝组织病理检查,并检测患者血清HCV-RNA定量,进行相关性检验。结果:血清HCV-RNA定量与肝组织炎症活动度及纤维化程度之间相关性分析r分别为0.167、0.125,P均大于0.05表明血清HCV-RNA病毒载量与肝组织病理变化无相关性。结论:慢性丙型肝炎患者的血清HCV-RNA病毒载量与肝组织病理变化无相关性,但二者结合分析对临床丙型肝炎的抗病毒治疗具有重要意义。Objective：To investigate the correlation between HCV-RNA and liver inflammation / fibrosis stage in chronic hepatitis C patients.Methods： 52 chronic hepatitis C patients were selected as study subjects.Their liver biopsies were conducted to measure the inflammation and fibrosis stage,and HCV-RNA was also detected.Correlations were then analyzed.Results： Negative correlation existed between HCV-RNA with liver inflammation and fibrosis stage in chronic hepatitis C patients,the correlation coefficient had no statistical significance.Conclusion： No correlation between HCV-RNA and liver inflammation/fibrosis stage in chronic hepatitis C patients.But HCV-RNA combining with liver in flammation/fibrosis stage in chronic hepatitis C patients has a great significance in appraise of chronic hepatitis C thearapy.
