摘 要:在水平钻井中,当旋转的钻柱通过造斜段、弯曲段时,由于循环弯曲应力而造成钻柱的疲劳损伤;损伤是可以积累的,钻柱每旋转一周时将受到一次疲劳损伤,钻柱的寿命与疲劳损伤积累有关。文中研究了水平钻井钻柱疲劳损伤评估、检测优化、缺陷评定、钻柱疲劳寿命预测及可靠性的分析与评估.并提出了相应的计算模型,编制了程序软件。该软件可计算和预测钻柱组合中任一钻柱单元在钻井过程中所受的疲劳损伤、剩余疲劳寿命,可以连续动态跟踪预测某一钻柱在各并段钻进过程中受力和交变弯曲的数值大小,较之API规范推荐的图解法在精度上有较大提高;对钻柱的合理使用与监控具有重要参考价值。Fatigue damage in the drill pipe in the horizontal well is usually resulted from cyclic bending stresses caused by the rotationof the pipe especially when it is passing through curved sections. The damage is cumulative,and the fatigue life of the drill pipe isthe damage accumulation. This paper details the fatigue damage evaluation including the measurement and inspection of the defects in the pipe,the estimation of fatigue life,the analysis of fatigue reliability,etc. A corresponding software is written to perform the calculation of the exerted loads,the cyclic bending stresses,the fatigue damage and life. The method developed in thispaper presents much better results than that API schematically illustrates,and can be a good reference to both operation andmonitor of the drill pipe.
