子痫前期患者血清中sEng水平及胎盘中Endoglin表达的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨子痫前期患者血清中的可溶性Endoglin(soluble Endoglin,sEng)以及胎盘中Endoglin蛋白的表达水平与子痫前期发病的关系及意义。方法:选择子痫前期患者40例和正常孕妇40例,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)夹心法检测两组孕妇血清中sEng的水平。应用免疫组化SP法测定子痫前期患者与正常妊娠妇女胎盘中Endoglin蛋白的表达。结果:①子痫前期组血清中sEng浓度为(7.38±1.78)ng/ml,正常妊娠组为(2.17±0.59)ng/ml,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②子痫前期组胎盘组织中Endoglin的平均光密度为0.462±0.057,正常妊娠组为0.219±0.042,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。③血清sEng浓度与胎盘中Endoglin的表达水平(MOD值)呈明显的正相关。结论:sEng在子痫前期患者的外周血中呈现高表达状态;Endoglin蛋白在子痫前期胎盘中的表达增高;胎盘中Endoglin和血清中sEng可能参与子痫前期的发生和发展。Objective：To explore the expression levels of soluble Endoglin（sEng） in serum and Endoglin in placenta in patients with preeclampsia and their relationship with the occurrence of preeclampsia and the significances.Methods：40 patients with preeclampsia and 40 normal pregnant women were selected,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to detect the expression levels of sEng in serum in the two groups;immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression levels of Endoglin protein in placenta in the two groups.Results：The serum levels of sEng in preeclampsia group and control group were（7.38±1.78） ng/ml and（2.17±0.59） ng/ml,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.The mean optical densities of Endoglin protein in placenta of preeclampsia group and control group were（0.462±0.057） and（0.219±0.042）,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.There was a positive correlation between Endoglin expression level（MOD level） in serum and Endoglin expression level（MOD level） in placenta.Conclusion：The expression level of sEng in peripheral blood of patients with preeclampsia is high;the expression of Endoglin protein in placenta increases;Endoglin protein in placenta and sEng in serum may participate in the occurrence and development of preeclamps
