血清CA-125对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿和卵巢上皮性癌的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清CA_(125)在卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿诊断中的临床价值。方法:应用电化学发光法检测了46例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿组患者、16例卵巢瘤样病变组患者、38例卵巢良性肿瘤组患者及38例卵巢上皮性癌组患者的血清CA_(125)水平。结果:血清CA_(125)水平在卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿组(84.05±70.51)U/ml及卵巢上皮性癌组(974.74+1479.66)U/ml显著升高,与卵巢瘤样病变组(22.59±22.61)U/ml、卵巢良性肿瘤组(24.73±19.95)U/ml比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);卵巢上皮性癌组(974.74±1479.66)U/ml的血清CA_(125)水平明显高于卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿组(84.05±70.51)U/ml,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);卵巢瘤样病变组(22.59±22.61)U/ml与卵巢良性肿瘤组(24.73±19.95)U/ml比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者血清CA_(125)水平增高,但低于卵巢上皮性癌,血清CA_(125)水平对于卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿和卵巢上皮性癌的诊断有重要的临床价值。Objective：To study clinical value of serum CA -125 levels in the diagnosis of ovary endometriotic cysts. Methods ：Apply the method of electrochemiluminescence to assay the levels of serum CA -125 in 46 cases with ovary endometriotic cysts, 16 cases with ovarian tumor -like lesion,38 cases with ovarian benign tumor and 38 cases with epithelial ovarian cancer. Results ：The levels of serum CA - 125 of ovary endometriotic cysts group and epithelial ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than the ovarian tumor - like lesion group and ovarian benign tumor group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The levels of serum CA - 125 of epithelial ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than ovary endometriotic cysts group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The serum levels of CA - 125 in the ovarian tumor - like lesion group were no difference that in the ovary benign tumor group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The levels of serum CA - 125 of ovary endometriotic cysts group were high,but lower than the epithelial ovarian cancer. It is important to clinical value of the serum CA - 125 in the diagnosis of ovary endometriotic cysts and epithelial ovarian cancer.
