摘　　要：有效控制医疗费用增长,利用现有的医疗资源,解决好人民群众"看病贵"的问题,是社会各界普遍关注的热点。针对这一热点问题,卫生部在2010年全国医政工作会议上强调,将开展临床路径的试点工作和探索单病种管理等作为今年卫生工作的重点之一。探索科学分析单病种医疗费用,有利于形成降低病人费用与促进医院健康发展有机统一的运行模式。本文从多个角度集中分析影响单病种医疗费用的因素,进而为贯彻和落实卫生部的政策,为减少政府卫生支出和减轻个人的经济负担,节约并合理利用医疗资源,为促进医院健康发展奠定基础。Control the incresing medical cost effictively,utilize the present medical resources, solves the overtly expensive medicd servite is the hat issue that all society paying close attention to it. Ministry of health emphasized in the＂2010 National Conference of Health Administration＂ that, the clinicl passway will be carried out as an experimental work and simple - disease mangement will be one of the most important points in health issue. Studying the medical cost of simple disease is benefit to deceasing patients cost and improve development of the hospital. This paper fouced on analyzing the impact from various angles on medical of simple - disease factors. In order to find the all aspect of influential factors on simple disease＇s medical cost, decrease the economic burden of government and individual, carry out and implement the policy of the ministry of health is very helpful.
