摘  要:旋流器是对油田采出液进行油水分离的重要设备,旋流腔流场特性是研究其分离能力的重要依据,但是通过试验的方式无法全面地揭示其流场性质。应用CFD技术对其流场特性进行了研究,借助于计算机仿真技术,对旋流器油水分离过程进行了数值模拟,得到了旋流腔内压力、速度、含油体积百分数等物理量的变化规律。通过计算机仿真的方法对旋流器结构进行优化,既节约成本,又缩短了新产品的开发周期。Hydrocyclone is important equipment which makes the water-oil separation of the fluid in the oil field.The flow characteristic of hydrocyclone cavity is the key basis to study its separation ability,but the experiment is unable to make the comprehensive revelation about its characteristic.This CFD technology was used to make the research on flow characteristic of hydrocyclone.With the computer simulation technology,the simulation about the process of cyclone water-oil separation was implemented.Finally,the change rules of some physical variable on cavity such as internal pressure,speed,oil volume percentage can be acquired.The optimization about the cyclone structure by the computer simulation not only saves the cost,but also reduces the development period of new product.
