摘  要:应用半静态双箱式生物模型,考察Pb2+对柄海鞘代谢的影响.实验结果表明:0.01mg/L的Pb2+可促进柄海鞘的氨排泄,高浓度则使柄海鞘排氨率降低;0.01和0.05mg/L的Pb2+可以提高柄海鞘的清滤率,0.2mg/L则抑制其滤水作用;Pb2+对柄海鞘的氧氮比表现出与浓度相关的抑制作用.Pb2+影响柄海鞘几种代谢酶的活力,对碱性磷酸酶和Na+-K+-ATP酶活力均表现出与浓度相关的抑制作用;暴露于Pb2+溶液后,其SOD活力先降低后回升.以柄海鞘的代谢指标:氧氮比、碱性磷酸酶、Na+-K+-ATP酶和SOD活性作为海域污染的生物指标,具有一定的可行性.The effects of Pb2+ on the metabolism of Styela clava were investigated using semi-static two compartment model.The results show that Pb2+ could depress oxygen consumption rate of S.clava;0.01 mg/L Pb2+ could improve its ammonia excretion rates,while the restrained effect occurrs when S.clava lies in higher concentration.Pb2+ increases filtration rate of S.clava at the concentration of 0.01 and 0.05 mg/L,while it is controlled 0.2 mg/L.Restraining effect on O/N is correlative with Pb2+ concentration.Pb2+ could affect energy of metabolizing enzymes of S.clava.The depressing activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP) as well as Na+-K+-ATPase are correlative with Pb2+ concentration.When S.clava is exposed to Pb2+,the activities of SOD descend immediately and then increase again.This study suggests that the metabolism parameters of S.clava(O/N,AKP,Na+-K+-ATPase and SOD) could be used as markers of heavy metal pollution in offing marine space.
