白铜管行星轧制及拉拔过程塑性变形研究

摘　　要：针对白铜BFe10-1-1(简称B10)冷凝管存在的变形困难问题,对其行星轧制及拉拔过程的塑性变形规律进行了研究.通过在行星轧机和凸轮二串联拉拔机上的实验,研究了管坯的偏心率、微观组织、力学性能及临界分切应力.结果表明:行星轧制后的B10管坯偏心率优于挤压管坯;B10管材行星轧制、拉拔加工过程中,固溶强化是引起强度、硬度增加,塑性降低的主要原因,而细晶强化在提高强度的同时也提高了塑性,二者作用的结果是材料整体塑性降低,强度提高;B10管拉拔过程中,晶体的滑移首先发生在φ=45°处,此取向最有利于滑移.The plastic deformation of a planetary rolling and drawing process of copper nickel CuNi10Fe1Mn tubes was studied in order to solve the difficult problems of plastic deformation.The tubes eccentricity ratio,microstructure,mechanical properties and critical resolving shear stress were explored by the experiments on planetary rolling mill and two cam combined machinery.The experimental results demonstrate that the eccentricity ratio of planetary rolling tube is better than that of extrusion process;the tensile strength and hardness increase while the plastic properties decrease due to the method of a solution strengthening,meanwhile,agrain refinement strengthening can increase the tensile strength and plastic properties,as a result,the plastic properties of the tube is decreased and the tensile strength is increased as a whole;the crystals glide first takes place withφ=45°,on which orientation slide is much easier to accomplish.
