摘 要:研究目的:从土地系统功能角度探讨土地可持续性,为土地管理提供新的思路。研究方法:文献综述法,比较分析法,归纳总结法。研究结果:(1)在土地系统研究中,结构变化方面的研究已有很多,土地为人类提供产品和服务的功能及其可持续性正越来越多地受到学术界关注。(2)剖析土地功能的概念,综述了土地"功能"内涵的演进、土地结构与功能的关系、土地覆盖、土地利用与土地功能的关系以及土地功能的分类,系统介绍了基于土地功能的可持续性评价方法,并指出了土地功能评价中存在的尺度问题。研究结论:土地系统功能及其可持续性评价可以为土地科学研究、土地管理和区域发展提供新的视角。The purpose of this paper is to discuss sustainable land use from the perspective of land system functions, aiming to provide new insight for land administration. Literature review, comparative analysis and induction methods were used in the paper. The results of the paper firstly shows that there have been many studies focusing on land system structural change, and studies focusing on functions of land system and its sustainability of providing products and services for human beings increasingly attract the attention of scholars. Secondly, the concept of land function is further explained comprehensively. The paper examines the evolution of land function connotation, the relationship between the land system structure and function, land coverage, relationship between land use and land function, as well as the categorization of land function. It further systematically introduces the approach for sustainability assessment based on land function, and points out the scale issues in the assessment of land function. The conclusion of this paper is that land system function and its sustainability assessment can provide a new insight for land research, land administration and regional development.
