摘 要:本文的主要目的是建立一种针对人乳头瘤病毒(Human Papillomavirus,HPV)检测的多重PCR方法,并利用这种方法探究男性尖锐湿疣与HPV感染之间的相关性.首先建立一种检测HPV的多重PCR方法,然后运用该方法对156例男性尖锐湿疣标本的HPV3种低危(HPV6,11,42)和6种高危(HPV16,18,33,52,56,58)亚型进行检测,并与反向膜杂交检测结果进行比较.结果156例标本中阳性标本数69例,占总标本数的44.23%,其中单一感染标本数48例,占69.57%,混合感染标本数21例,占30.43%.表明多重PCR技术在HPV检测方面具有较强的实用性;HPV6/11型感染与男性尖锐湿疣具有较高的相关性.To develop a multiplex PCR assay aiming at detecting human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, and to establish the prevalence of human papillomavirus HPV infection in men with condyloma. Methods: Of all, 156 male patients with condyloma were included in the present study. With the method of multiplex PCR, the samples were screened for HPV infection, including 3 kinds of low-risk (6, 11, 42) and six kinds of high-risk (16, 18, 33, 52, 56, 58) subtypes. And in the end, the results were further compared with those obtained from reverse cross-blot hybridization. In the 156 samples, 69 (44.23%) were detected positive for HPV infection, in which there were 69. 57%(48/69) single infection and 30. 43% (21/69) multiplex infection. Conclusion: Multiplex PCR technology in the HPV testing is strongly practical. There is a high prevalence of HPV6/11 subtype in men with eondyloma acuminata.
