摘 要:为了较全面地了解烧结矿喷洒CaCl2溶液后对高炉冶炼的影响,在实验室完成了多项冶金性能对比实验,实验数据表明:喷洒CaCl2溶液后烧结矿的低温还原粉化性能明显改善,但中温还原性和中温还原粉化指数则变化很小,而荷重熔滴性能略有变差,由此推断喷洒CaCl2溶液可有效改善高炉上部的透气性,对高炉中部的透气性影响不大,但会使高炉软熔带位置上移、高度上变宽,还会使初渣黏度增大而增加对上升煤气流的阻力,这会使高炉中、下部的透气性变差。In order to ascertain the effect of spraying CaCl2 solution on sinter metallurgical properties,a series of experiments were made in the laboratory.The results showed that RDI of sinter was improved obviously,the change of reduction index was little,whereas smelting and dropping property became a little worse.It can be known that above-mentioned changes are good for improving the permeability of upper zone of blast furnace,but have a bad effect on the permeability of middle and lower zone due to the moving of cohesive zone and an increase of primary slag viscosity.
