摘 要:对节约型铌微合金化HRB400钢筋的成分、钢坯加热温度和上冷床温度进行了优化,分析了有时试样初检屈服点不明显的原因并提出了应对措施。研究结果表明:控制钢中w(Nb)为0.008%~0.028%,适宜的钢坯加热温度为1 050~1 150℃,轧后控冷,上冷床温度按830~860℃控制,可生产性能合格的HRB400钢筋。如成分和工艺控制不当,造成贝氏体量高于10.7%时就可能出现初检屈服点不明显的现象。For economy Nb-microalloying HRB400 ribbed bar,its chemical composition,heating temperature of billet,and temperature of cooling bed were optimized.The causes for the uncertainty of yield point observed in the first test were analyzed and corresponding measures were put forword.The research results can be summarized as follows: HRB400 ribbed bar with acceptable performance can be manufactured by keeping 0.008 %-0.028 % Nb in steel,controlling the heating temperature of billet within 1 050-1 150 ℃,and controlling the temperature of cooling bed cooling in a range of 830-860 ℃ after rolling.In the condition of bainite content ≥10.7 %,which is caused by unsuitable controlling of chemical composition or process,yield point might not appear in the first test.
